Shipping Policy

This policy explains the current fulfillment regions, dispatch timing, carrier handling, and customs disclosures for the physical goods storefront.

Dispatch Timing

United States: Orders usually dispatch within 3 business days. Standard transit is typically 4-8 business days after dispatch. EEA: Orders usually dispatch within 3 business days. International transit is typically 6-12 business days after dispatch, subject to customs handling. UK: Orders usually dispatch within 3 business days. International transit is typically 5-10 business days after dispatch, subject to customs handling.

Customs, VAT, and Duties

Unless a future checkout explicitly says duties are prepaid, import VAT, customs duty, and carrier handling fees may be collected separately by the courier before or at delivery for EEA and UK shipments.

Delays

Advertised dispatch windows are estimates that require a reasonable basis. If a material delay occurs after purchase, we will contact the customer with an updated timeline, support options, and any cancellation or refund path required by the applicable region.

Unsupported Destinations

Countries outside the United States, EEA, and UK are currently reviewed manually. Availability, duties, and carrier restrictions must be confirmed before an order can be accepted.
