This policy applies to standard-stock physical goods sold through the storefront. It does not describe the digital reading products offered elsewhere on the site.

Unused standard-stock items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Return authorization is required before shipping items back.

Standard-stock distance sales include a 14-day withdrawal window from delivery, plus your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. If you use the withdrawal right, return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or we failed to disclose that cost before purchase.

Faulty or Not-As-Described Goods
If a product arrives damaged, materially misdescribed, or faulty, contact support promptly with order details and photos. EEA customers also keep their statutory remedies, including the minimum legal guarantee framework applicable to consumer goods.
