These terms govern product browsing and purchases from the merchandise storefront operated by EasternWisdom.

Product descriptions focus on design, material, craftsmanship, and cultural inspiration. They do not promise health, wealth, fate, or investment outcomes.

Product Descriptions and Claims

We aim to describe product materials, finish, origin context, and packaging accurately. Variations in grain, surface, tone, or minor handmade differences can occur. We do not use unsubstantiated healing, luck, or guaranteed outcome claims.

Availability and Launch Regions

Direct checkout is available only for the United States, the EEA, and the United Kingdom in this launch version. Other destinations may be reviewed manually through support channels.

Payment and Confirmation

The checkout page shows the product, total price collected by the site, payment method, delivery summary, and region-specific consumer disclosures before payment. After payment we send an order confirmation by email when email tooling is configured for the region.

Consumer Rights

US customers receive the return terms disclosed on the product and checkout pages. EEA and UK customers receive the mandatory distance-sales disclosures, including cancellation or withdrawal rights for standard-stock goods and statutory remedies for faulty goods.
