Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eastern Wisdom Consulting LLC sells digital self-reflection products through Cyber-Bazi. This policy explains when purchases may be final, when we review refund requests, and how cancellation works for future services.

Digital Product Delivery

Paid reports and plans may be generated, unlocked, or made available shortly after successful payment. Because digital content can be delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once the report or plan has been generated, unlocked, downloaded, or accessed.

Refund Requests We Review

We will review refund requests involving duplicate charges, checkout errors, suspected unauthorized payments, inability to access a purchased report, technical fulfillment failure, or a materially different product than what was shown at checkout. Please submit requests within 14 days of purchase when possible and include the order email, scan ID, receipt details, and a short description of the issue.

When Refunds May Be Declined

Refunds may be declined when the digital product was delivered as described, the request is based only on disagreement with interpretive content, the birth data was entered incorrectly after generation, the customer expected a guaranteed result, or the checkout page clearly displayed the product, price, and one-time payment terms before purchase.

Technical Access Issues

If an access link fails or a report does not unlock after a confirmed payment, contact support through the channel shown on your receipt or checkout confirmation. We may first try to restore access, regenerate the report, or verify the order before approving a refund.

Processing Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Payment processors and banks may take additional time, commonly 5 to 10 business days, to post the credit. Processing times can vary by provider.

Cancellations and Live Services

Current paid report flows are digital products and are not subscriptions. If a future checkout offers live consulting, appointments, memberships, trials, or automatic renewals, the specific cancellation terms must be shown before payment. Unless a live-service checkout states otherwise, request rescheduling or cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first through the support channel shown on the receipt or checkout confirmation so we can locate the order. We reserve the right to suspend access related to disputed or reversed payments while the issue is reviewed.
