These Terms govern your use of Cyber-Bazi, a digital self-reflection service operated by Eastern Wisdom Consulting LLC. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

For entertainment, cultural interest, education, and self-reflection only. Not medical, legal, financial, investment, mental health, or other professional advice.

Eligibility

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms. Purchases are intended for adults or for users with permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized payment account holder. Do not use the service for emergencies or urgent decisions.

Nature of the Service

Cyber-Bazi provides Bazi, Ziwei, feng shui, compatibility, timing, and related interpretive content as a personal reflection tool. These systems are cultural and interpretive traditions. They do not predict with certainty, diagnose conditions, provide professional advice, or guarantee life outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and permission status of information you submit, including birth data for yourself or others. You may not use the service to harass, intimidate, manipulate, threaten, defame, discriminate, or make absolute claims about another person. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Paid Digital Products

Paid reports, compatibility reports, personalized plans, and follow-up products are digital products. The checkout page will disclose the selected product, price, delivery method, and whether the payment is one-time or recurring before payment. Current paid report flows are one-time purchases and do not create a subscription unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Order Access and Delivery

After successful payment, access may be provided through a report link, access token, order record, email receipt, or similar fulfillment method. Keep access links and receipt details reasonably secure. We may regenerate, restore, or verify access when needed to resolve technical issues or support requests.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, technical delivery failures, and live-session scheduling issues are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a future product includes automatic renewal, the renewal terms and cancellation method must be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Intellectual Property

The website, copy, layouts, generated report templates, brand materials, and software are owned by Eastern Wisdom Consulting LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access purchased content for your own private use. You may not resell, scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the service without written permission.

Reviews and Testimonials

If reviews, testimonials, endorsements, or influencer content are used, they must reflect honest opinions and real experiences. Material connections, incentives, or compensation must be disclosed. We do not permit fake reviews, review suppression, or misleading social proof.

No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on interpretive content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the website, products, payment flow, support process, or legal requirements evolve. The updated date will show when the current version took effect.
